Is my device eligible for return or exchange?

Our warranty is 30 days. You can return or exchange your screen within the warranty if you purchased directly from iPhone puzzle through one of the following:

For Exchange or Refund:

1. Customers have to pay the return label. We’ll pay the shipping label of the new one we send to.

2. If we receive the screen with any damage, we DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE.

3. If we receive the screen which DOESN’T HAVE OUR COMPANY LOGO at back the screen, we DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE.

4. We only accept the Store Credit to add your customer account

5. The store credit base on the CURRENT PRICE which show on the website. It’s not base on the price which you purchased.

The main reason of situation is the LCD screen drops the price very fast at this industry.

6. Other company products, damaged parts based on customer’s negligence.  Returns outside of the return/exchange period.

7. After we check the screen which is busted inside of the digitizer, we also don’t accept the exchange. We will ship back to the customers.

Lost parcel

In a case of lost parcel, our company will not take any responsibility for the lost package. However, we will help the customer to investigate for finding out the package
